$10 Adults, $5 for kids 12 and under,?
age 2 and under get in free

The NOLA Veggie Fest is a project of the?
Humane Society of Louisiana. In its second?
year, the current incarnation revives HSL's popular Veggie Fests held before Katrina,?
both at the World Trade Center and the?
Felicity United Methodist Church. Building?
on the success of those Fests, HSL held?
weekly vegan buffets at the Felicity Church?
for several years, which evolved into the restaurant Jack Sprat's, an award winning?
vegan restaurant on Carrollton Avenue?
named the South's best vegetarian restaurant?
by Vegetarian Times in 1996.

Today, the NOLA Veggie Fest is operated with volunteer support from New Orleans Vegetarian Meetup Group, founded by HSL founder,?
Jeff Dorson.

HSL promotes nonviolence and compassion for all animals, and its membership is comprised?
of animal lovers of all kinds. We have held hundreds of educational and awareness events to educate New Orleanians about veganism?
and farm animal protection since 1988.?
Whether or not you're vegetarian or vegan,?
we think you'll enjoy trying out some of the delicious and healthy alternatives to animal products at the Veggie Fest. Come find out?
more about what you can do to help reduce animal suffering and protect the environment, by adding more healthy?
veggies to your diet.

This year's festival is going to be bigger?

and better than last year!!??

We've added more speakers, more food
samples, t-shirts and entertainment.?

?For full details on speakers, food sponsors, and all things veggie, visit the NOLA Veggie Fest
