ACLU of Maryland and Maryland Institute College of Art sponsor the annual Constitution Day symposium. The topic is “Immigration, Racism, and the Changing Face of the Nation.” Panelists are E. J. Dionne, Washington Post columnist; Marielena Hincapie, executive director of the National Immigration Law Center; and Margarita Cabrera, Mexican-American artist. Admission is free but arrive early to get tickets, because the event has been full in the past.
