Speaker Biography
Erik Marcus has a master's degree from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from UC Santa Cruz. He's the author of four popular books related to vegetarianism and animal agribusiness: A Vegan History: 1944-2010, Meat Market: Animals, Ethics, and Money, The Ultimate Vegan Guide, Vegan: The New Ethics of Eating. Mr. Marcus publishes Vegan.com, a widely-read vegetarian-oriented website.
