April Meetup In Kingston

Details
Help us bring in spring with our next Kingston meetup! We want to make this one an event not to be missed - we'll be hearing about typography, hacking what you love, and see a demo on a new security app. For those members down in the Poughkeepsie area and on the other side of the river, let's show some support for our West Coast folks and make it out to this meetup!
SPEAKER LINEUP
Amy Papaelias (http://www.amypapaelias.com/), Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at SUNY New Paltz (http://www.newpaltz.edu/graphicdesign/) and a self-described font nerd, is going to share with us 5 typographic tips to make better work.
David W. Schropfer (https://www.linkedin.com/in/schropfer), CEO of AnchorID (http://anchorid.com/) in Uptown Kingston, will demo a new platform that replaces passwords, with great user experience and flexibility.
Sophi Kravitz (https://twitter.com/sophikravitz), Prize Lead at Hackaday (http://hackaday.com/about/) and a new media artist (http://mix-engineering.com/), will be discussing engineering, art, Hackaday and a software-hardware hackathon coming up.
DOOR GREETERS
Want to get to know the attendees more? Like sitting at your own exclusive table with name badges and stickers!? Then you, my friend, need to email us now and let us know. We’re looking for 2 folks to sit at the greeting table to hand out badges, stickers, and perhaps other accoutrement during the event. Get in touch today if you’d be interested in this at speakers@hvtech.org (https://mail.google.com/mail/?view=cm&fs=1&tf=1&to=speakers@hvtech.org).
WANT TO SPONSOR?
Interested in helping HV Tech Meetup grow? We’re looking for sponsors to help cover some of the costs of running the events. You could sponsor for as little as $100! Get in touch today if you’d be interested in sponsoring at sponsorships@hvtech.org (https://mail.google.com/mail/?view=cm&fs=1&tf=1&to=sponsorships@hvtech.org).
