Meet other women in your local area to run and train with. Plan group runs and participate in various long and short distance running. Discuss safety, cross-training, nutrition and more. Of course, we'd get to do all the fun, social things as well!
The 10-mile Broad Street Run (MAY), ING Run (SEPTEMBER) and the Philadelphia Marathon (NOVEMBER) are the primary runs that the group would like to train for yearly. I'd love to hear from those who are interested in successfully doing this as well!
