Context sensitive help for applications

From: user 8.
Sent on: Friday, August 10, 2012, 5:25 AM
Hello UX group,

Has anybody designed or come across good context- sensitive help for applications?
This is not a website with multiple pages, instead it is a online application with multiple states.
Think of this as a Visio-like online tool but very technical and you can draw out a diagram.

Furthermore, is it required to navigate within the context sensitive help window?

Any pointers to best practices on context sensitive help, or screenshots is appreciated.

Thanks ahead,
Suman Bhaskara
