Half Marathon Trainees, Once-a-Week Social Joggers, and Run-Walkers Unite!!! Wednesday is your day to take it easy!
For 13.1ers Wednesday is your day to put in a modest number of easy miles, at no particular pace. For the first part of the plan, we''ll be doing 1 loop. As we progress we'll up this distance, timed with drops in long run distance. But for now, we'll just do a loop with whoever else is there. It's a great time to not worry about your pace, and run and chat a bit with other runners.
For everyone else, just have fun with it. And it's great day to bring friends etc out to meet the club and give IHR a shot.
