Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a System Analyst in the ICT industry in South Africa? Do you want to pursue a career as a System Analyst? Would you like to learn more about what System Analysts do, how and why they do it?

In this informal presentation Andrew Glenister from GraphicMail will talk to us about his story as an IT Professional and, more specifically, his experiences as a System Analyst in the South African context.

This presentation will explore:

• What a typical day at the office entails.

• Why you might want to become a System Analyst in the ICT industry.

• How to begin and/or continue your journey to becoming a professional System Analyst.

About The Speaker:

Andrew started his online career at iafrica.com, when the internet was sold in a black box and HTML was a form of sorcery. He has designed software and online strategies for companies in recruitment, direct sales, financial and entertainment industries to name a few. He is currently an analyst for GraphicMail, an international ESP.
