Seems the young folks are behind RP, so this might be a good choice.

I've bought two packets of talking cards from the RP campaign, and would love to pass some out, plus 'trade' with anyone who has other issues.

im not sure .i could maybe meet but it would have to be somewhere sorta in my area...sorry lotsa homework to finish this weekend...but actually BR might work because I will be out there to see a friend around 6ish...so sometime before that perhaps ? Ideas?

Great! So let's all meet at 7PM at the Broadripple Brew pub on Thursday. I assume we will be sitting inside unless its really nice. Does someone with a sign or RP t-shirt want to get there first to reserve a table and hold a sign up so we all know where to go?

I like the idea of the Brew Pub. I noticed a lot of people started RSVP'ing once this locale was picked. I'm going to talk to some of my friends and see if I can generate some interest off list. Cheers to the organizers. I have a couple extra Ron Paul signs.

Hey everyone. I won't make it--just found out my Grandma died..but I hope the meetup goes well. If someone could post an update of what you guys talk about and maybe some pics that would be great. Hopefully we can have another one of these in a few weeks. Have a great time, freedom fighters!

Okay, well I showed up with a friend in our RP gear. The place was packed...we walked around for a few minutes and didn't see any other Ron Paul gear and no one flagged us down...so we left. :/

Kyle-That sucks!!! Let's try to plan another one in the coming weeks..maybe at a lower-key location? I didn't think about how crowded it would be :(

Kyle - you should have asked at the front desk - we were in the bar area at first, then we moved outside, so we could hear one another talk.
About 8 of us were there.

It was great getting together with people that are truly informed about what is happening to our country. We discussed alot of issues ranging from Agenda 21, the fact we do not truly own our property, ending the Unconstitutional agencies, vaccines, the big pharma/government ties to keeping us sick, how we can start being truly effective in getting Ron Paul's message of liberty out to the people of Indpls, discussed the other candidates--

and thanks to Smiley even had the opportunity to talk to 2 individuals not familiar with Ron Paul or his message. It would be great to meet again maybe in a couple of weeks and Broad Ripple is a great place to meet. Looking forward to our next meetup!!

It was great meeting up with some of you tonight. It's nice to get with other well-informed people!

Having lived in Broad Ripple for about a year, I think one of the best locations to have meetups at is Moe and Johnny's/Cornerstone Coffee Shop. This is where I have seen other meetup events occur and it's much more suitable for sit downs and can seat up to about 20 in a section. They have everything from awesome coffee to food and a bar for those who enjoy a nice social beer. :)

Bummer Kyle! We tried moving outside to be a bit more visible. It was pretty busy in there tonight!

Could we work on making this a weekly thing? I think if we had a predefined day to expect a meetup, we'll slowly build up a larger group.

I'm likeing this idea.
We need posters; some way of identifying us / proclaiming the Ron Paul name. The more people see that name, the better. lus, it will incourage folks to ask us about his policies.
