I have been studying yoga seriously in India for the last three years and have recently moved to VA and would love to learn, share and grow with all of you! I am interested in helping spread yoga so everyone can experience its wonderful benefits. It has helped me tremendously in my own life, both physically and emotionally. I left my job as an Electrical Engineer at Lucent Bell Labs to pursue an intense study of yoga and other classical Indian arts. I am back in the US with Swami Sivananda's message in heart: "Serve Love Give Purify Meditate Realize".
