Interfaith Spirit Quest (ISQ) - a Cosmic Cafe and School of Spiritual Thought, a free flowing - open and welcoming spiritual discussion group. We learn from each other by sharing our views on a variety of spiritual topics in the realm of MIND, BODY, SPIRIT & SERVICE.

ISQ can be described as a reality based intelligent, comfortable, practical, challenging, lovable, empowering, new thought, open-forum spiritual discussion and activity group. Experience something unique in the world of religion, spirituality, philosophy and science!

We value and encourage the input of independent thinkers, men and women of faith or no faith at all. We will challenge you to grow intellectually, improve physically, deepen your spirituality, and share your love with others through individual and/or joint service projects.

ISQ is facilitated by Interfaith Minister Sheila Hansen, who typically provides a weekly activity or theme reading and perhaps a unique perspective as we enjoy delectably delicious, intellectually stimulating conversation and fellowship with one another.

OBJECTIVE: We seek the incorporation of love, truth, beauty and goodness into our lives through comprehensive examination and experience of spiritual, religious, philosophical and mind science based personal development texts, practices and activities. We enjoy sharing our ideas and learning what works for others. Through positive interactions with men and women of unique spiritual backgrounds, we can improve our relationships with one another, build on the wisdom of the ages and modern times, which in turn increases our understanding of each other within our communities and promotes peace.
