The Interracial Dating Group is for single people who are interested in dating other single people outside of their race.

As much as NYC is filled with so many different races and ethnicities, many of us tend to stay within our own circles which often makes it difficult to meet and date people outside our comfort zone. Now here's a group to bring single people of different races together to get to know each other, mix it up and possibly date or at the very least make a new friend.

However, in order to join and remain a member of the group ALL members nust adhere to a few rules:

Since this is a dating group ask all members MUST post a picture of themselves within their profiles. Let's fact it when it comes to dating looks do count, so please take a minute or two to post a picture of yourself within your profile and let other members see a face behind the words.

We also ask ALL members to please take a few minutes to fill out our Member Questionnaire, this is an important way for you to introduce yourself, tell us about some of your interests and let everyone know what you're looking for, whether it's casual dating, a possible relationship or just friendship.

Also, since YOU are the most important part of our success, we ask ALL Interracial Dating Group members to do the best they can to ATTEND our meetups.

Yes, we all have lives to lead and jobs to make sure the lights stay on, but what's the point in joining a group if you're not going to participate? This doesn't mean that you have to attend all of our meetups (of course you can if you'd like that'd be great!), but since we now meet every couple of weeks (sometimes MORE!), we ask that you try to make it to at least a quarter of our meetups (that's one every couple of months), that seems fair. Remember there are single people out there who want to meet you so come out to one of our meetups and join the fun.

We ask too that all members try to arrive on time to our meetups (which usually last a couple of hours at least) and if there any problems with the group or other members please feel free to contact whoever is hosting that meetup (or myself) and let them know (granted we're all adults and shouldn't need babysitters, but sometimes stuff happens).

Lastly, always feel free share ideas, give us feedback, let us know how we're doing and rate our meetups, we want your feedback so we can make the group the best that it can be.
