How do you innovate?

Step 1: Alert myself to annoyances that have been taken for granted Step 2: Do a google search for exisitng solutions and evaluate them Step 3: Believe there is a solution or an improvemt on existing ones and believe I can find it or think it up Step 4: Focus and think for solutions and re-iterate to improve on them Step 5: Build prototype - sometimes start using cardboard, then build usable prototype, test it, and evaluate it comparing it to already existing product solutions

My name is Maher and have attended IA meetings for a while and find them very beneficial.
