Hi everyone, I'm Laurent. I'm gonna be organizer of Los Angeles Iron Chefs for a while.

After learning cooking in France, working in England, Belgium of course in France and for the last 3 years in Los Angeles, many of my friends and relation keep asking me about doing some cooking classes, and i done already a bunch of it in France and Belgium and it was always fun, so here I am

Just bring a cutting board, a knife, a big smile and let's cook, sip some wine and have fun!!
