Isha Yoga derives from the heart of the yogic science from India. When practiced, it brings well-being and a deeper awareness of who you really are. This meetup exists to provide a forum to learn more about Isha Yoga by meeting with people who practice it and with the teachers who will periodically be offering programs in the Chicago area.
