jQuery in 2013

Details
Happy New Year, jQuery devs!
We're only 25 days into 2013, and so much has already happened. We've seen a new release of jQuery[1], a new release of QUnit[2], a new release of jQuery UI [3], a new beta release of jQuery Mobile [4], the launch of the new jQuery Plugin site[5], and a number of other improvements for the jQuery community[6]. Clearly, this is going to be a Big Year for jQuery.
We're aiming to continue the excitement of 2013 with an equally-awesome meetup. On Wednesday, January 30, we'll be meeting at the Bocoup Loft. Here's the line up:
Tim Branyen, front-end developer at Matchbox, "Urgh Package Managers, What Are They Good For? Absolutely, something!"
Mike Pennisi, front-end developer at Bocoup, "The Wonders of the jQuery Migrate Plugin"
We'll start things up at 7:00 PM. Hope to see you there!
(We're also looking for sponsors for pizza, soda, and beer. You can reply to this email if you're interested in reaching 1200 jQuery devs!)
