Hello Everyone,

Welcome to the Japanese Modern Handmade Cooking Lesson Club.

Do you know what's handmade mean?

We cook at home, sometimes out side(outdoor), not restaraunt.

Have you ever watched Iron Chef or Masterchef Before?

I know this is good learning for you but also includes the game.

By the way, This is very-good friendlyship and best quality cooking club

I have been cooking by my self for a long time as I don't have any Iron chef and Masterchef qualifications, what do you think, have I learn before? I have been learning by myself as resarch and traination.

1, Rice (Gohan)

2, Sushi (not western style)

3, Tofu

4, Okonomiyaki

5, Traditional Vegitarian Food

6, Yakisoba

7, Noodle(Ramen) etc....

8, Charity Appeal (Donation for Japan tsunami and earth quake)

"We noamally do the lesson once or twice a month in Melbourne, Australia, but I am considering to do the lesson out side of Melbourne (e.g, Ballarat, Geelong, Sydney etc, ) in the future."

Anyway, please read carefully these notice.

1, If you would like to join this club, you must be able to attend constantly.

2, If you would like to join this club but you wouldn't like to learn Japanese food but you would like to eat Japanese food only, you can not join this club because this is not restataunt.

I'm looking forward to see you soon,

Best Regards,

Akkie
