Mentoring in the Creative Zone- Orientation Meeting

Creative photography is about planning, thought and timing. Exposure to good habits, and keeping an open mind to learning is the key to executing great photos.

Is this for you?

Although the mentorship sessions are somewhat structured, the teaching and assignments are tailored to your skill level, we will work one-on-one. Your session will start with an evaluation of your needs, goals, and then you will start learning how to create the compelling images you envisioned using a process call the “Zone.”

What is the Creative Zone?

The Creative Zone is a process I use to create images for Project 2212-13. Over the last few years I have developed a 7 step process for creating creative images anywhere and in any condition. This process is based on photographic techinques, your equiptment, and the opportunity to photograph something compeling no matter where you are.

Advanced II Session:

Session 1: Learning the 7 Rules of the Creative Zone. You will learn and apply 7 proven Zone Techniques to jump start your creative. (120 minutes)

Session 2: Together we will apply and learn how the Creative Zone works for you ( 120 minutes )

Session 3: You will photograph an assign in real time using the Zone Creative Techniques (120 minutes )

Requirements and conditions:

You must complete all the sessions within 4-6 weeks You should arrive early for all your sessions. If you are late, even 1 minute, your session will be canceled, you will be dropped from the program, and you will lose your entire payment. During the session you will be required to complete some very specific assignments and email them to me. All assignments must be completed before the session starts. You must be prepared, for example, your camera batteries must be charged, have clean memory cards, and be prepared to work.
