Franklin Habit of The Panopticon
blog will be at ThreadBear Fiber Arts Studio photographing knitters for his The 1,000 Knitters Project on
Saturday, January 26, 2008. If you're not familiar, check out his blog and the post from January 1st, detailing a photo shoot at a shop in Maine over the holidays. He'll be visiting the shop the last weekend of January, so we'd love to see a big turnout... especially since his birthday is the 24th. You /know/ we at ThreadBear will never pass up an opportunity to have cake! Franklin and his mischievous alter-ego, the divine ovine Dolores, have been entertaining blog readers for years, now. An amazing photographer and knitter, Franklin is putting together a collection of photographs of knitters of all shapes, sizes, genders, backgrounds, etc. Please, feel free to join us and perhaps sit for your own portrait. Everyone is invited, and Franklin will be photographing all day (though we may let
him rest for moments here and there... thought Dolores may have something to say about that... in my experience, she generally does).
