Lets get fit, and have fun. This is your time to get in shape. The work outs are design to be fun but effective. How can working out be fun you ask? Well I will implement game in to the workout in combination with team building, you will have fun, burn calories and improve your overall fitness. This is a no judgment group. The work outs are for every one I take the personal trainer approach. what this means is I firs show you the workout wit progression and regression. You do the work out, and I observe to make sure you are doing it correctly. That way you get more attention and have the confidents to do it on your own. The workouts are 35-45 interval training. I mix H.I.I.T training, yoga, and strange training. So you get a dynamic workout that improves all areas of fitness from cardio to flexibility.

I charge 5$ per class.

If you answer “YES” to one of the following health history questions pleas see you doctor before beginning an exercise program.

Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition OR high blood pressure?

Do you feel pain in your chest at rest, during your daily activities of living, OR when you do physical activity?

Do you lose balance because of dizziness OR have you lost consciousness in the last 12 months? Please answer NO if your dizziness was associated with over-breathing (including during vigorous exercise).

Have you ever been diagnosed with another chronic medical condition (other than heart disease or high blood pressure)?

Are you currently taking prescribed medications for a chronic medical condition?

Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by becoming more physically active? Please answer NO if you had a joint problem in the past, but it does not limit your current ability to be physically active. For example, knee, ankle, shoulder or other.
