    Rubinus, rspec and bunyan were some great open source projects that I heard in the meetup. Just hearing
    some of the problems and why they are problems made me better understand ruby. Even as a rookie, I found out
    ways that I can still help but I actually prefer to help as a code contributor (should practice ruby more). Again, like rubinus the most even though it was short.

    I LOVED the Rubinus presentation. The RSpec guy was pretty disorganized and hard to follow (although I'm not nearly as expert as he is). Stage Orders was okay but isn't really pertinent to what I'm interested in. The Bunyan and Papermill presentations were extremely disorganized and hard to follow
