Many of you have heard of Ride to work Day. Well this is "Forget Work, Lets Ride Day"? It is a one day Biker Holiday, where everyone who Rides ditches work. The event takes place on the last Wednesday in June every year. Motorcycle riders meet up with friends to Ride out to a local Tourist Spot in their area for a one day Biker Holiday. (on LI that means Montauk)
The Event was Officially started on Long Island June 2011
there will be more than just us, many groups head out separately but all meet up in Montauk first year there were about 20 of us that made it, the 2nd close to 100 - there will be more in 2013
It will take about 4 hours to get to Montauk - this will not be as the crow flies
rain date is the following sunday
