Late Start: Philly Run, and some nearby Pennslyvania before coming back

I have to do something first thing in the morning on Saturday, but it turns out that the rest of my Saturday is going to be freer than expected. I want to make another run to Philly, maybe try on some stuff at Revzilla, and then work my way back via nearby Pennslyvania before returning to New York.
