http://photos1.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/1/a/2/4/event_129066692.jpegLaughter is primarily a social function. Most of the time we laugh, actually nothing seemingly funny has happened. But instead we just laugh together as a sign that we are accepting each other. Laughing together and making eye contact are one of the key signs of people who feel confident in social situations.
It feels really good to laugh. Our bodies can not tell the difference if it is fake or real as the signal is the same. Because of this laughter yoga is a great way to fill your body with those feel good endorphins we are always hearing about. And, when your having fun you may also burn a few calories. tone a few muscles and release some stress.
The photo is from our class at Fusion Sundays on Sun 10th June.
