The Two-Burger Team: MVPs and Designer-Developer Pairing

We all talk about the need to create an MVP, but what about how we actually accomplish it?

For this session, Jono Mallanyk and Ben Burton, designer and engineer respectively at Neo (http://www.neo.com), are going to discuss how they effectively pair together to create experiments and MVPs for new products. We'll cover both how to approach an MVP, as well as tactical lessons for how design and engineering can collaborate closely.

We'll kick things off with Jono and Ben giving a talk, and leave lots of room for Q&A from the group.
