October Meetup

Continuing the split topics for both those new the PHP and more seasoned PHP developers.

Tim will talk about PSR-0 (https://github.com/php-fig/fig-standards/blob/master/accepted/PSR-0.md), PEAR (http://pear.php.net/), and Composer (http://getcomposer.org/) - tolls for managing libraries, dependencies, and includes.

Then Jason will talk a bit about tools for profiling and debugging code, such as Xdebug (http://xdebug.org/).
