Learn about physical security, locks, and locking mechanisms. This month's topic will be the Kwikset Smart Key, a lock that is slowly taking over the residential market. You're all going to get a Smart Key to take apart and take home. Eyes is going to bring some opening tools for them and if I'm not too lazy I'll even throw together some slides on how they work.

In related news, Kwikset just settled their lawsuit against Schlage. Schlage agreed to stop production of the "Secure Key" (a similar lock) by 2012. Serious business, indeed.

We'll also talk about Defcon, future projects, and what we want to do for the next competition.
