## What is a Lightworker?
People ask this question all the time.
Quite honestly, "Lightworker" is simply a word we use to describe people who choose to bring more light into the world.
Some are Reiki practitioners, intuitives, coaches, healers, Tai Chi instructors, teachers, writers, artists, entrepreneurs, or leaders. Others simply brighten someone's day with a smile, a kind word, or a compassionate heart.
The truth is, being a Lightworker is not about a title or a modality.
It is about how you choose to show up.
If you lead with kindness, compassion, integrity, and love... you are already shining your light.
If you want to learn energy healing, Reiki, meditation, or other practices, I would be honored to teach you. If not, that is perfectly okay too.

## A Little About Me
Almost three decades ago, I created Lightworkers Gifts because I wanted people to have a place where they could feel safe exploring who they really are.
Over the years I have had the privilege of teaching thousands of people through Spiritual Coaching, Reiki, Tai Chi, energy healing, workshops, speaking, television, and community gatherings.
Along the way, I discovered that lasting change doesn't happen because someone gives you answers. It happens when you learn to understand your own energy, trust your inner wisdom, and experience life from a place of greater awareness.
Today I continue that mission as an Activation Catalyst™, Reiki Master Teacher, television producer and host of EnergizeUtv, author, speaker, and The World's #1 Event Energy Conductor™.
