Web Application Load Testing Tools

Hey,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a free performance/load testing tool for a web application?

Some of the things I'm looking for are:

���preferably I want something distributed
each virtual client can use a different ip address (maybe from a pool of IP's)
it can read random data from a text/csv file and post to a form
preferably I can use a proxy to record the steps that each virtual client will playback rather than writing code

If anyone has any suggestions that would be great!
