I am a professional personal trainer in Raleigh and have been in the profession for over 25 years. I have developed a very successful and fun "BootCamp" style exercise program based on past and current experience in the MILITARY.  I also have a very unique spin class that combines cross training and plyometric exercises using the spin bike as the platform for the class.

A strict CODE OF CONDUCT will be demonstrated in all classes. Each member must understand and sign the conditions as part of the liability waiver. It consists of the following:

1. Be respectful of your fellow members on ALL levels of courtesy.

2. If any member is made to feel uncomfortable ....IN ANY WAY...the offending member will be instructed to leave and will not be allowed to return.

3. Be honest with me in regards to your medical history as it pertains to participation in class.
