Was a very strong session for me, bodywork is SO powerful and certainly can access very quickly feelings that may take a while to show themselves in therapy. I experienced love joy and laughter and the complete opposites all in one session; fear (of opening), sorrow and tears. There was definitely a story attached to those emotions- something about broken heartedness and old wounds from a previous relationship- but in some sense, the story doesn't really matter. It's been told a million times anyway. Funny and painful at the same time.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
