Various people have brought up the need to do more promotion of Groovy and Grails, either internally to companies or to the wider developer community. So let's get together and discuss what we can do to improve the situation and come up with a plan of action. Let's leverage an enthusiastic community to make Groovy and its ecosystem more accessible and compelling. Let's brainstorm!

We could discuss ideas for getting people contributing more or suggestions for improvements to websites and documentation. The ultimate aim is not to create a grand plan to take over the world (I'm sure there's a separate MeetUp for that), but to come up with small manageable steps that people can follow through on to get more people using the language we love.
