Free Outdoor Event - Guided Meditation and Picnic Social with Himesh and Anna

Spend a relaxing evening with like minded souls in nature for a guided meditation and picnic. Shake off the day with a powerful yet relaxing meditation and then wind down with new friends and old sharing food, stories and love. This is a free event in Regents Park run by Himesh and Anna.

We meet at 7PM where we will settle and connect with each other. At about 7:30PM you can drift off into a peaceful state while Himesh and Anna will guide you through a meditation centred on connecting to the elements and community. After the meditation we will have time for a picnic and social.

Logistics

We will meet at Regents Park tube between 6:40 and 6:50

At 6:50PM sharp we will walk to St Johns Lodge. We will not be waiting for latecomers so please come early or make your own way to St Johns Lodge

After a short time connecting, we will start the meditation, the meditation should finish at about 8PM

After meditation we will have a social picnic until approx. 9PM

This is the UK and the weather can change at any time so keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately. We will be keeping an eye on the weather and will post on here if we have to cancel the event due to heavy rain.

St Johns Lodge (aka The Secret Garden) is a secluded and small part of Regents Park with it's entrance just off the inner Circle. I've provided some pictures below to help you orient to the area;
