"The atheists are back", the editorial begins. Do the editors think we *went* somewhere? Or that we're going to *go* somewhere, for that matter? It sounds like the editors need to be reminded that this isn't an us vs them culture; it's an "all of us" culture, where all of us -- atheists and theists -- have to work together for common purposes (like extending and defending the Constitutionally-protected rights to freedom of religion and of equal protection, for starters...).
Help bring some attention to this ugly expression of ignorance and prejudice; look on Twitter for @ahadave (David Niose) and @secularmass (the Secular Coalition for Massachusetts), and get some people talking about this.
