A warm welcome to our new friends who found us at Maker Faire or Stitches West!
Meet with local Machine Knitters in the San Jose area of California. Bring your machine along and knit, we'll learn from each other. All machine brand's users are welcome, such as Bond, Brother, Studio/Silver Reed, Passap, or circular sock machines. The group holds meetings approximately monthly, usually at MakerNexus in Sunnyvale. Dates vary according to when we can get meeting space.
Don't have a knitting machine yet? Come along and learn about this fun hobby. Or if you have a knitting machine languishing under the bed, get it out and we'll help you to get it back in use.
Many of us are also members of our sister group, the Machine Knitters Guild of the San Francisco Bay Area. See mkgsfba.org for details. The guild holds monthly meetings in Oakland, September through June on second Saturdays.
