I'll be doing a small bit on what we at getbrandid.com (http://www.getbrandid.com/) have done to integrate with Kissmetrics and Geckoboard to get a better view of business metrics. I'll be making my code freely available so you can do this yourselves during the session if you are so inclined.
Paul Rogers from GPMD (http://www.gpmd.co.uk) will be presenting some tools and techniques on how to do SEO properly with Magento. They have immense experience in this area, and is definitely worth attending.
The last 20 minutes will be for everyone to discuss issues they're having. So far this is the list of topics:
