Hello Everyone!
We are very much looking forward to seeing you at Wolfe's Neck Farm tomorrow!  You are one of many very cool people who are attending this event.  We will have permaculturists, educators and families from all walks of life and with varying levels of experience with permaculture.  There is so much potential in this network and we thank you for being part of it!
Please plan to arrive on time tomorrow morning, as our agenda for the day is full of wonderful activities and sessions designed for connection, collaboration, exploration, and fun! In addition to networking and brainstorming time, there will be many kids' activities, as well as an All-Participants Design Challenge in which participants of all ages will work together.  Opening circle is at 10:00am, and we'll be wrapping up by 3:30pm.  We welcome people to come early to set up or stay to clean up if you are able.
PARKING: When you arrive, please park on the road opposite the pasture.  You may park alongside the children's garden.
-  A healthy potluck lunch item to share (there will be outlets available for crock pots).
- Your own potluck kit(s): Plate, bowl, utensils, mug, napkin.
- Layers and extra clothes to plan for temperature changes and getting dirty!
- A notebook or laptop if you'd like to take notes.
OPTIONAL THINGS TO BRING (If you have a moment, please respond to this email or post on the site to let us know what you'll be contributing):
- Snack for the kids' snack table
- Morning refreshments (baked goods, snacks, etc.)
- Apple cider
- Apples for pressing cider
- Newspaper for sheet-mulching activity
- A watering can to be used in the All-Participants Design Challenge
The rough agenda for the day is as follows:
10:00 - Opening Circle & Welcome
10:20 - Storytime in the Oral Tradition
10:30 - Hayride & Family Activities (ongoing)

Many thanks,
Kate Bathras, Rachel Lyn Rumson, Julie McLeod, Lisa Packard and Eric Tadlock
