This group is devoted to the feverish pursuit of the game of majiang. We play in the Chinese style that can be traced back to the Wanli emperor. Our weekend games are friendly, protracted, and generally set in San Francisco or the Peninsula.

      “My partner and I have a basic knowledge of how to play what as I read below is probably 13 tile HK style mahjong. Would LOVE to attend a San Francisco or Penninsula meeting where you will be having beginners. We have the fundamental knowledge of pongs and kongs and chi and pillow, but the scoring is a BIG mystery. Thanks, jude”
