For a while I wanted to do a get together on outsourcing! Here is why...

Ever since the 4 Hour Work Week book came out there is has been a lot of talk about outsourcing.

Most likely, if you have tried to find outsourced worker bees, you might have mixed results. And by mixed I mean HUGE F#@#@ headache! Especially if you have tried to work outsourcing in India! (Hint: usually India is NOT the best place for outsourcing stuff)

If it's done wrong it's super time consuming and even when you find what you think might be right person it turns out they are a flake or not available and they just end up waisting your time. Truth be told when it's done wrong hiring a virtual employee is PAINFUL, confusing, and annoying.

There is one guy that I know who has really cracked the code for outsourcing. In fact every time I check FaceBook he is in a different freakin' country! That's how you know he is really living the Laptop Lifestyle.

I keep hoping he will let me throw a party in his Hollywood Hills house (while he is away) but that still hasn't happen yet... When you attend see if you can convince him otherwise ...please...umkay?!
