Man Up

Being a powerful and peaceful man in a world - with so few great role models to draw upon - has never been harder. Yet the world is crying out for courageous men with vision and resolve - who are at once vulnerable and open, as well as committed and driven.

This group is designed to connect men of vision together, creating an energized, smart yet laid back space to immerse ourselves in spiritual and psychological ideas, ideals, art, images, myths, archetypes, tools, leadership styles and more.

Key will be a close focus on how our talents can be used in the service of a world that is suffering from lack of strong masculine leadership. This group is for men on a mission - who want to dig as deep as possible, as a group, into their capacity to be extreme contributors to the world around them; and radically creative lovers, fathers and friends.

Each Meetup will focus on a different masculine ideal, challenge, topic or vision and - after plenty of vigorous chat, sharing, laughter and debate - we will complete each session with a meditation, usually to music, to integrate any ideas and set each person up for a month of masculine mojo.

Members are encouraged to remain in contact with other members during the month to help all overcome the complacency and compromise that can erode our masculinity every day.

Every few sessions we will invite a woman (or feminine man) to join us to share the feminine perspective, challenge us, and provide us with new ways of thinking and being.
