Stroller Strides is not just a stroll through the park. Our 60 minute classes are a complete body workout. We combine power walking, body toning using exercise tubing, ab work and stretching. All of our classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are also moms! The bonus is that your child is right there with you along for the ride. Your first class is FREE!

Stroller Strides also hosts the LUNA Moms Club. Life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, spirits and bodies. LUNA Moms Club was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Support and connect with other like-minded moms by participating in weekly playgroups, monthly Moms' Nights Out, and "Mommies with a Mission" activities. There is NO COST associated with becoming a LUNA Mom and you do not need to be a member of Stroller Strides to participate. All we ask for is enthusiasm and a smile!
