Music, Meditation & Food

We'll start out with a concert with several really talented local artists - a jazz/folk singer, a classical guitarist and our featured performer Dada Nabhaniilananda - the singing monk. Includes spectacular multi-media show on a theme of environment and peace.

Then we'll have a Heart Circle chanting and meditation session - guaranteed natural high.

And then we'll share a delicious vegetarian feast prepared by Rainjita who teaches vegetarian cooking.

So please come and join us for an evening of good food, good music, good company and good vibes.

5pm - around 8.30 or 9pm

Admission is by donation - suggested $20. This is a fund raiser for the Ananda Marga Meditation & Yoga Center in Los Altos Hills.
