I practice yoga, tai chi, qi gong, energy work, and aromatherapy. Also, I've been eating a vegetarian diet recently.
Guided meditations on CD, Glenn Harrold's hypnotherapy recordings and buddhist mindfulness meditations.
It is what gets me through in life. I can't imagine life without it.
I am a licensed massage therapist with a strong spiritual background. I have been meditating for about 12 years. Recently, I have been listening to Buddhist podcasts and am VERY interested in pursuing this spiritual path.
