True meditation is a state of deep peace where the mind is absolutely calm and silent, yet completely alert – a state of being, referred to as ‘thoughtless awareness’.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique energy-based meditation that allows one to achieve the state of thoughtless awareness, a state in which the mind is calmed and gradually emptied of distractions and stressful thoughts. Sahaja Yoga Meditation can help heal illnesses, sharpen focus and clarity, inspire creativity and improve our personality and relationships.

This Meditation is easy to learn and can be practiced almost anywhere. There are some basic guidelines that will make the experience even easier and more enjoyable.

Our meditation class is open to anyone who is interested in learning how to find peace within.  The classes are always free.
