Inspired by Benjamin Smythe who displays the sign "You're perfect" in America, we invite you to display positive affirmations that will inspire people to re-connect with their inner goodness and beauty.

Examples of positive affirmations to display:

♥ You are enough
♥ You are beautiful
♥ You are loved

Where: In front of National Gallery, above Trafalgar Square. We will discuss where to position ourselves.

When: Monday 14 May 6pm to 7pm
What: We could either stand or sit in meditation with our signs.
For: Anyone who likes to make people feel good and smile!

Bring: A sign with your positive affirmation.

Wake Up London is a group of young people who want to heal and transform their society, because we know that each of us has the capacity to live in an awakened way, to a lead a life in harmony with one another and with the earth.

We are inspired by the teachings of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and come together to meditate twice a month and organize meditation flash mobs in Central London.
