Self Transformation through Yoga, Meditation & Spirituality Pages

This group is for like minded people interested in growing Physically, Mentally & Spiritually.

We meet weekly to practice Yoga/Qi-gong and meditation. Our weekly sessions of ~2 hours focus on:

1. REDUCE STRESS: Physical exercises of Yoga & Qi-Gong
2. IMPROVE FOCUS: Mental exercises to calm the mind with an Introduction to Meditation
3. DISCOVER TRUE PURPOSE OF LIFE: Introduction to question of WHY/WHAT & WHO of human existence that will lead you through your journey...

For people who are interested to discover more to go deeper and take the further journey there will be full day sessions focusing on:

Level 1 - Physical focus: Physical Yoga, Basic Chi Gong, Physical relaxation/meditation, Board Break, goal setting and achievement with focus on physical action..

Level 2 - Mental focus: Mental Yoga, Middle Chi Gong, Mental relaxation/meditation/visualization, Glass Walk, Goal Setting and Achievement with focus on mental action...

Level 3 - Spiritual focus: Higher levels - example Zen, KunLun, Advaita (Non-duality)…

*Level 1/2 will have a feed attached to cover logistical expenses.
*Level 3 is focused on higher spiritual practices, we will be covering all expenses but your donations will be appreciated.

Our discussions are meant to help everyone from beginners to masters to learn from each other.
