Hello friends,

As I have updated you that I will be away for about a month.

1. This coming saturday: will be my last meetup until I return back in end of April. So make an effort to come.
I do actually have a lot to do, if there is no interest I might cancel the meetup.

2. I have asked for someone to volunteer running the group while I am away. So far only one person has answered. I thank her and will leave the meetings on calendar.
BUT REALLY, i once again ask for LEADERSHIP & COMMITMENT.

ITS NICE TO HAVE ASPIRATIONS to practice and think that Yoga/meditation/tai chi/qigong is nice..... BUT it comes down to MAKING AN EFFORT and practice.
Look yourself in the mirror and Ask yourself - do I want to be part of this group and commit to practice?
Including me, not showing up is reflective of other things that I am want to do, but am not able to do. I think if we say I will do it rather than I will try our habits can be changed.

I dont mean to criticize rather encourage and push you to make a decision and commit.

With best intentions, love and light.

Jazz

For last satuday Ignite the fire workshop - My special thanks to: Eugene, Maria, Prashant and Stefan
Thanks for having and attending the event. I learned from each of you.

Little story:

Dont pray out of fear or for desire of heaven

One day, Rabia was seen running through the streets of Basra carrying a torch in one hand and a bucket of water in the other. When asked what she was doing, she said,"I want to put out the fires of Hell, and burn down the rewards of Paradise. They block the way to God. I do not want to worship from fear of punishment or for the promise of reward, but simply for the love of God."
