Hello, thanks for dropping by.

This is a group aimed at those aged in their 20's-30's. Ever wondered where you could go to meet new people in this age range who are interested in conversing about topics that lie outside the umbrella of routine 'small-talk' (which can often be repetitive, uninspiring, boring and restrictive)?

I started this group to fill this apparent void.

The aim is to have social outings that bring together intelligent, laid back, open-minded, kind and generous individuals who enjoy sharing their ideas and perspectives with others through informal & relaxed yet intelligent conversations. 

What conversation topics am I referring to? Well these could include (but certainly wouldn't be limited to): spirituality, philosophy, sociology, sciences, psychology, current events, defining 'happiness', 'love', 'fulfillment', 'progress', 'synchronicity' etc etc. Almost any topic you'd like to discuss with new people, but have usually held back in order to 'fit in' and be 'safe'.

Remember these are meant to be informal and unpressured social gatherings, so obviously no specific knowledge on any topic is required. The format of meet-ups will be flexible, so certain meets might focus on particular topics or ideas, some might start the same way but then rapidly branch out into a spectrum of related areas, and others will allow you the freedom to discuss any areas that are of particular interest to you.

If you want a formal debate, i'm sure there are many other groups that would satisfy this interest. Similarly, if you are looking for a place to 'pick up', please look elsewhere. This will be a pretty switched on group, so I'm sure unwanted behaviour that detracts from the experience will be very obvious and weeded out pretty quickly!
