Migrating from Hibernate Search to Elasticsearch - Experiences from Online Video Platform Movideo

A retrospective look the process and learnings of migrating a platform from using Hibernate Search integration with Lucene to Elasticsearch. Looking at using Elasticsearch not only for full text search but as a 'NoSQL' document store and how all distributed applications in the platform integrate with Elasticsearch from using Hibernate Search.

Document contents search in Aconex

An overview of our progress in adding document contents search to our existing Lucene search infrastructure. We'll talk about the challenges of our 300GB of Lucene indexes and our plans to move them to Elasticsearch.
