Milford Photo's Jess Thompson loves to talk flash and will get you up to speed on optimizing this valuable but misunderstood accessory by reviewing images made with a shoe strobe during this hour long zoom presentation.

Get up close and personal with the small stuff! Join fellow photographers for a hands-on macro photography session where we’ll practice close-up imaging on fun, fascinating subjects—professionally lit with continuous LED lights for maximum detail and drama.
Milford Photo’s staff will be on hand to guide you through key macro techniques, including exposure control, manual focusing, and managing razor-thin depth of field. You’ll be shooting throughout the event, building your portfolio while rotating through 4–5 fully lit macro stations designed to spark creativity.

• your base zoom lens (and macro lens if you have one)
